Commercial building project in KSA

Conserve has been appointed by client to facilitate Construction stage LEED, MOSTADAM and WELL Certification Documentation for the project. The project sets high sustainability goals and strives to reach LEED Zero Energy and Carbon through outstanding design and offset residual energy on-site using renewable energy generation through PVs. The project encompasses the engineering, procurement, construction, and testing & commissioning. It involves the complete execution of substructure and superstructure works, including all concrete works. Additionally, the project includes comprehensive civil works to support the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, utility requirements, pools, and earthworks for building, infrastructure, and landscaping needs. The project’s scope also extends to storm water drainage and wastewater network installation.
