ACWA Power – New Head Office in KSA

ACWA Power New Head Office at Diriyah is one of the most ambitious sustainable corporate buildings in the Kingdom,
targeting LEED Zero Energy and Carbon status by offsetting all residual energy consumption through on-site
photovoltaic renewable energy generation. The project simultaneously targets LEED Platinum, MOSTADAM Diamond,
and WELL Gold certifications. Conserve was appointed to facilitate the Construction Stage certification documentation
across all three rating systems concurrently, coordinating energy, water, materials, indoor environment quality, and
human health documentation together with MEP commissioning verification and occupant wellness strategy
implementation, supporting ACWA Power’s commitment to leading by example in the sustainability of its own
corporate estate
